Suzuki VStorm 250SX - Crash Guard - Mototorque

The Japanese beauty with 249 cc and 26.5 ps creates immense power riding on road or off road. This sport adventure tourer blends rugged versatility with stylish, modern, look. Looking at the motorcycle we wanted to design something compact and unique to match this motorcycle aesthetic looks which serves the purpose. Hence we designed a compact yet a great worthy crash bar to save the motorcycle's tank and side shields from major damages.

Material

Made with rigid Mild Steel 22.2 mm thickness tubes, with highest in the class of 2mm wall thickness

Cold Rolled (CR) Tubes are used for strength & high durability to withstand impact during abrasion.

All nuts and bolts are of Stainless Steel 304 grade for lifetime warranty.

MIG Welding technology is used for connecting the crucial parts for great strength.

Grit blasting technology was used before the Powder coating process for a uniform finish.

Automated CNC machines are used to bend the tubes for Precision & the formation of the crash guard.
